In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and data protection regulations, I also request that you:
– delete all my personal data not necessary for your legal or accounting obligations;
– close any associated personal account;

Cancellation Arlo: Easy Method
What is Arlo
Arlo is a consumer-focused security company that sells wireless cameras, doorbells and related hardware and offers cloud-based video storage and feature access through subscription plans (commonly marketed as Arlo Secure). The service combines device firmware and companion apps (web and mobile) with cloud recording, notifications and analytics.
Subscriptions control cloud recording retention and advanced features; hardware can be purchased separately from Arlo or third-party retailers.
How to cancel Arlo
- Cancel via the same platform where you subscribed - either on the web or in the Arlo app. Support cannot cancel a subscription for you. For web cancellation, log in at my.arlo.com, go to Secure → My Arlo Account → Cancel Subscription (or Change Plan). For the mobile app, open the Arlo Secure app, tap Profile → Plan → Modify Plan → Cancel Plan. Note that the iOS app may not support cancellation; if so, use the web or Android app. Cancellation takes effect the day after your current billing period ends.
- If you are on a free trial, cancel the trial via the web using the "Cancel Trial" or "Cancel All Trials" option.
What happens when you cancel
After cancelling, you retain access to subscription features until the current billing period ends. Arlo's policy is that cloud recordings associated with the subscription are deleted within 48 hours after the subscription ends. Your devices will continue to work locally, but subscription-dependent cloud features (recording, cloud alerts and advanced analytics) will stop once the subscription expires.
Will I get a refund?
Arlo's standard terms state that subscription fees are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods; you keep access until the end of the billing cycle. For products purchased directly from Arlo.com, returns may be accepted within 30 days from shipment for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping excluded), subject to obtaining an RMA and returning the item within the RMA window.
