Cancellation service N°1 in Italy

Cancellation Centr: Easy Method
What is Centr
Centr is a subscription-based health and fitness service offering guided workouts, meal plans and wellness content through its website and mobile apps. It uses recurring billing for monthly, quarterly or annual plans and distributes subscriptions either directly through centr.com or via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
How to cancel Centr
- Web (centr.com): Log into your account at centr.com → Settings → Subscription → Cancel. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period; cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.
- Apple App Store (iOS): On your iPhone or iPad go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → CENTR → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge; access continues until the period end. See Apple's subscription help.
- Google Play Store (Android): Open the Google Play app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → CENTR → Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge; access continues until the period end. See Google Play subscription help.
- If you need assistance, email Centr at hello@centr.com for support or clarification.
What happens when you cancel
When you cancel your Centr subscription you keep access to the service until the end of your current billing period; the subscription does not renew after that date. Cancellation via the website or the platform where you originally subscribed is required - cancelling on the website will not cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions and vice versa. Cancellation alone does not automatically produce a refund; refund eligibility depends on where you purchased and the circumstances of the charge.
Your account and any data linked to it generally remain associated with your account so you can log in again if you resubscribe. Retention or deletion of personal data follows Centr’s privacy and terms policies - contact support if you need account-specific actions.
Will I get a refund?
Refunds depend on how you bought the subscription and why you want a refund. If you subscribed directly at centr.com, Centr may process refunds for the most recent subscription charge when there is an unauthorized charge, a duplicate charge or a billing error. They do not generally issue prorated or partial refunds for unused time or earlier charges beyond the most recent subscription charge.
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, refunds are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com; Centr cannot process or influence Apple refunds. If you subscribed through Google Play, Google controls refunds and offers a 48-hour automatic refund window; after 48 hours refunds are discretionary. If Google denies a refund, Centr may review the case if you contact them, but Google’s decision is primary.
In all cases, Centr’s terms state they do not provide refunds or credits for unused subscription periods, accidental purchases or similar situations unless required by law. If you believe a charge was deceptive or unauthorized, raise it with the platform, your card issuer, and Centr support promptly.

Your consumer rights in Canada
Canadian consumer protection law can give you additional rights beyond a provider’s stated refund policy. Digital subscriptions that are defective, misrepresented, or not delivered may be eligible for a “reasonable” refund despite a provider’s no-refund clause. Provincial rules on automatic renewal vary; for example, Quebec has strict requirements for clear consent and reminders before auto-renewal. If you encounter unauthorized charges, deceptive renewal practices, or poor resolution from Centr or a platform, you can file a complaint with your provincial consumer protection office (for example, the Ontario consumer protection pages or the Office de la protection du consommateur in Quebec) and consider a dispute with your card issuer.
Customer experiences
Users report mixed experiences. Some positive reports note helpful reminder emails about auto-renewal, responsive customer service, quick resolution of technical issues and satisfactory app content such as workouts and meal plans. A few users said Centr resolved problems quickly and even offered extra subscription time as compensation.
Negative experiences include recurring reports of being charged after cancelling, lack of renewal reminders, difficulties obtaining refunds, and dissatisfaction with customer support responsiveness. Some users reported deceptive billing practices - such as trial conversions to full annual charges without clear notice - and occasional app reliability issues. These mixed reviews underscore the importance of keeping receipts and confirmations of cancellation.
Documentation checklist
- Proof of purchase or receipt (email receipt or order number)
- Account email and username used for Centr
- Screenshot of subscription settings showing cancellation or active subscription
- Bank or card statement showing the charge(s) in question
- Any correspondence with Centr or the App Store/Google Play about the issue
- Device/platform details (iOS, Android, or web) and dates/times of actions
Common mistakes
A frequent mistake is cancelling in the wrong place: subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google must be cancelled through those platforms, not on centr.com. Another common error is missing the required cancellation window - Apple and Google advise cancelling at least 24 hours before renewal, and Google’s automatic refund window is 48 hours. Many users assume a cancellation automatically triggers a refund; it does not. People also sometimes fail to keep receipts or screenshots that help when disputing charges, and others delay contacting their card issuer or consumer protection office when charges appear unauthorized.
Comparative recap
| Method | Refund | Difficulty |
|---|---|---|
| Web (centr.com) | Centr may refund the most recent charge for unauthorized/duplicate/billing errors; no prorated/partial refunds generally. | Moderate - requires account login and contacting Centr for disputes. |
| Apple App Store | Refunds handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com; Centr cannot process these refunds. | Easy - Medium - managed via Apple account settings and Apple support. |
| Google Play Store | Google offers a 48-hour auto-refund window; after that refunds are discretionary. If Google denies, Centr may review on request. | Easy - Medium - managed via Google Play subscriptions and Google support. |
After cancelling
After you cancel, keep your confirmation message or screenshot and monitor your bank or card statements for any unexpected charges. If you need a refund or see unauthorized charges: if you bought on the website, contact Centr at hello@centr.com and provide your documentation; if you purchased via Apple, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com; if via Google Play, follow Google’s refund process at Request a refund - Google Play. If you cannot resolve the issue, contact your card issuer to dispute unauthorized charges and consider filing a complaint with your provincial consumer protection office (for Ontario see Ontario Consumer Protection; for Quebec see the Office de la protection du consommateur).
Address
Centr does not provide a physical postal address for subscription cancellation. Cancellations must be done online via centr.com, the Apple App Store, or the Google Play Store depending on where you purchased. For assistance, email hello@centr.com.
