– and, where applicable, send me the final statement or balance confirmation.
This cancellation is sent to you by certified email. The sending, timestamping and integrity of the content are established, making it equivalent proof meeting the requirements of electronic evidence. You therefore have all the necessary elements to process this cancellation properly, in accordance with the applicable principles regarding written notification and contractual freedom.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and data protection regulations, I also request that you:
– delete all my personal data not necessary for your legal or accounting obligations;
– close any associated personal account;
– and confirm to me the effective deletion of data in accordance with applicable rights regarding privacy protection.

How to cancel Kahoot

- Mobile (App Store / Google Play): If you bought the subscription via Apple App Store or Google Play, manage and cancel the subscription directly in the relevant app store account - Kahoot cannot cancel or refund subscriptions purchased through those third parties.
What happens when you cancel
When you cancel a direct web subscription, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period; you retain access to paid features until that date, after which your account reverts to the free tier. Data you created (kahoots, reports) generally remains in your account, but stored content and premium features will no longer be available after the subscription ends - export anything you need before loss of access.
For app-store subscriptions, cancellation prevents the next scheduled renewal but the active period purchased through Apple/Google typically continues until its expiry. Always check the confirmation from your app-store account to verify the cancellation took effect.
Will I get a refund?
If you purchased a paid Service Plan on the Kahoot website, Canadian consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw and may receive a full refund if they cancel in writing within that 14-day cooling-off period, except where the purchase is for immediate-access content subscriptions.
