You therefore have all the necessary elements to process this cancellation properly, in accordance with the applicable principles regarding written notification and contractual freedom.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and data protection regulations, I also request that you:
– delete all my personal data not necessary for your legal or accounting obligations;
– close any associated personal account;
– and confirm to me the effective deletion of data in accordance with applicable rights regarding privacy protection.

Cancellation Printify: Easy Method
What is Printify
Printify is a print-on-demand platform that connects merchants to a network of print providers to produce and fulfil custom-made products (apparel, accessories, home goods) on demand. Merchants design products, connect stores (Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, etc.), and Printify handles production and shipping through third-party providers.
The service offers a free plan and a paid Premium plan with discounts and additional store slots, account wallet functionality, and order management tools; individual orders are manufactured per customer request rather than held as inventory.
How to cancel Printify
- Cancel Printify Premium: sign into your Printify account on the website, go to Wallet → Payments, and cancel the Premium subscription there. Uninstalling the app or disconnecting a store does not cancel Premium. See Printify's guide: How to cancel Printify Premium.
- Cancel an order before production: if the order status is "On Hold" or production has not started, sign into your Printify account and cancel or edit the order from the Orders page. Once an order has entered production, cancellation is generally not possible. See: Cancelling or editing orders.
- Printify.me orders: request edits or cancellation by contacting Printify support by email; success depends on order status - if production has started, changes are often not possible. See: Printify.me order edits/cancellations.

What happens when you cancel
Cancelling a Premium subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically issue refunds for the current billing period; you typically retain Premium benefits until the end of the paid cycle. Subscription cancellations must be made before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Account data, product designs and order history remain associated with your Printify account unless you delete the account. Any refunds issued by Printify (for eligible defects) are paid to your Printify account balance, which you may withdraw to your original payment method subject to currency conversion rules.
Will I get a refund?
Printify does not provide returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong colour because products are custom-made. Subscription cancellations do not result in prorated refunds for partially used billing periods. The primary exception is for damaged or manufacturing-defective products: if you report a defect within 30 days of delivery and supply photo evidence, Printify typically offers a free reprint or a refund. No physical return is usually required for reprints/refunds.
Refunds are credited to your Printify account balance first; you can then withdraw to the original payment method. Currency conversions may apply for non-USD transactions. Printify.me orders follow the same 30‑day defective-product policy.
