In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and data protection regulations, I also request that you:
– delete all my personal data not necessary for your legal or accounting obligations;
– close any associated personal account;
– and confirm to me the effective deletion of data in accordance with applicable rights regarding privacy protection.

What is Talkspace

How to cancel Talkspace
- Web (Talkspace website or app): Sign in, go to Account → Payment and plan, then choose Stop subscription renewal or Cancel my plan. You will retain access for the remainder of any period you already paid for; pausing is available for out-of-pocket plans (not for insurance/EAP/employer/school plans). - Apple App Store or Google Play purchases (Talkspace Go): Cancel directly in your device’s subscriptions settings (e.g., iPhone Settings → Subscriptions or Google Play → Subscriptions). - Insurance, EAP or employer/school plans: These commonly expire automatically at the end of the coverage period; there is generally no action needed, but you can cancel through your Talkspace account settings if you prefer.

What happens when you cancel
When you cancel an out-of-pocket subscription on the Talkspace website, future automatic renewals stop but you usually retain access for the remainder of the paid period. Pausing is sometimes available for out-of-pocket plans but not for plans paid through insurance/EAP/employer or school benefits. For plans run through insurance or EAP, coverage often ends automatically at the agreed expiration and there may be no user-side cancellation required.

Will I get a refund?
Talkspace’s policy is that refunds are not granted for services rendered, including subscription fees for periods where services were available, live sessions already held, add-ons, copays, or missed/late-cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice. However, the support team may evaluate refund requests submitted within 90 days of the charge posting; such refunds are discretionary and not guaranteed. For purchases made through Apple, Talkspace cannot process refunds - contact Apple Support for refund requests. For Google Play purchases, you may request a refund via Talkspace support by providing your receipt or order number within 90 days.
