What is Vagaro
Vagaro is a cloud-based booking, payments and business-management platform used by salons, spas, fitness studios and other appointment-driven businesses. It provides online booking via a website and mobile apps, point-of-sale, membership and package management, and tools for marketing and reporting.
Vagaro serves both businesses (merchants) who run appointments and consumers who book services; cancellation and refund rules differ depending on whether you are a business subscriber or a customer of a business that uses Vagaro.
How to cancel Vagaro
- Cancel a merchant (subscription) account: sign in to your Vagaro account and cancel the recurring subscription from the account settings, or send a written cancellation to support@vagaro.com. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid period and Vagaro does not prorate or refund the remainder of that period.
- Cancel as a customer (end-user): if you booked through the Vagaro app or vagaro.com you can cancel or reschedule your appointment in the app or website unless the business has disabled online cancellation; if online cancellation is disabled, contact the business directly.

What happens when you cancel
When a merchant cancels a recurring Vagaro subscription, access to paid subscription features continues through the end of the paid billing period; the account will not renew after that period.
