Cancellation Bisecthosting: Easy Method

What is BisectHosting

Overview

BisectHosting is a game-server hosting provider best known for Minecraft servers and other game hosting services.

They offer managed game servers, modpack support, global locations, and 24/7 support for subscribers.

Primary services

Services include shared and dedicated game servers, automated backups, DDoS protection, and a custom control panel.

Billing is subscription-based with options through the web panel, Apple App Store, Google Play, and third-party payment methods.

How to cancel BisectHosting

Cancel via web (billing panel)

• Log into your BisectHosting billing panel.
• Go to Services and select the active service you want to cancel.
• Click "Cancel" and choose either "Immediate" (cancels within ~24 hours) or "End of Billing Period".
• Confirm the cancellation and keep local backups; data may be deleted after cancellation.
• See the official step-by-step guide: How to Cancel a Server.

Cancel via iOS (Apple App Store)

• If you subscribed through Apple, cancel in iOS Settings: Apple ID → Subscriptions → select BisectHosting → Cancel Subscription.
• Apple handles refunds and subscription changes for App Store purchases.
• General guidance for app-store cancellations: Cancel BisectHosting (App Store).

Cancel via Google Play (Android) and PayPal notes

• For Google Play: open Google Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select BisectHosting → Cancel.
• If you pay via PayPal, cancelling on BisectHosting's panel does NOT automatically cancel your PayPal subscription; cancel separately in PayPal.
• App-store cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple or Google; see guidance above.

What happens when you cancel

Access and renewals

If you choose "Immediate" cancellation the service is removed within about 24 hours.

If you select "End of Billing Period" your server remains active until the paid period ends and then will not renew.

Data and backups

All data and backups may be permanently deleted after cancellation unless you retain copies.

Export or download important world files, plugins, and backups before cancelling.

Will I get a refund?

Standard refund policy

• BisectHosting provides a 3-day (72-hour) money-back guarantee for new customers or when trying a new service type; contact support within that window to request a refund. See the Terms of Service: BisectHosting Terms.
• After 72 hours, refunds are generally not available except at BisectHosting's discretion or as required by law.

Renewals and non-refundable items

• Automatic renewals: full refund if requested within 1 day of renewal; 50% refund if within 3 days; no refund after 3 days.
• Certain items are non-refundable even within 3 days, including domain registrations, setup fees/add-ons (modpack installs, custom work), gift cards/credits, PaysafeCard payments, or services marked non-refundable.

Your consumer rights in India

General rights

Indian consumer law generally allows cancellation and remedies if services are not as described or are deficient.

However, the provider's written Terms of Service apply unless a local law provides stronger protections that override those terms.

Practical steps for Indian users

• Preserve proof of purchase, billing records, and all cancellation/support communications as evidence.
• If you paid via Apple or Google, follow their refund processes for App Store / Google Play purchases.
• If a dispute arises, you can raise a complaint with local consumer forums or pursue statutory remedies if BisectHosting's policy conflicts with Indian consumer protection laws.

Customer experiences

Positive feedback

Many customers praise BisectHosting for fast, friendly support, easy setup, and reliable server performance.

Trustpilot shows strong positive ratings and TechRadar highlights user-friendly features and stability.

See Trustpilot: BisectHosting on Trustpilot.

Negative feedback

Some reviews report problems with dedicated servers, refund handling, and occasional account/cancellation difficulties.

There are reports on review sites and forums describing slow or unsatisfactory support in some cases.

Documentation checklist

Before you cancel

• Invoice or order confirmation with dates and amounts.
• Account email and service ID (server name, service ID in billing panel).
• Local backups of worlds, plugins, and configuration files.

If you need to dispute or request a refund

• Copies of all support tickets, chat logs, and cancellation confirmations.
• Screenshots showing renewal charges or billing issues and timestamps.
• Record of any communications with Apple/Google if purchase was via app stores.

Common mistakes

Cancelling only on one platform

A frequent error is cancelling the server in the BisectHosting panel but not cancelling the subscription in PayPal, Apple, or Google Play.

Always cancel both the BisectHosting service and any external payment subscriptions to avoid continued charges.

Missing refund windows or non-refundable items

Another common issue is requesting refunds after the 72-hour window or expecting refunds for clearly non-refundable items like domain registrations or setup fees.

Check the Terms of Service and act quickly if you intend to request a refund.
