Cancel via Apple App Store (iOS)
- Cancel through Apple's subscription management in iOS Settings or via Apple Support; BodyFast cannot cancel App Store subscriptions for you.
- After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the paid period; auto-renewal is stopped for the next cycle.
What happens when you cancel
Access after cancellation
Cancelling stops future auto-renewals but does not immediately remove access. You retain premium features until the current billing period ends.
After the period ends your account reverts to the free version unless you resubscribe.
Account and data
Deleting your BodyFast account is separate from subscription cancellation and does not automatically stop billing.
If you delete the account without cancelling the subscription, the subscription remains active until you cancel with the payment provider.
Will I get a refund?
Website (direct) purchases
For purchases made on BodyFast’s website or direct in-app payments, email info@bodyfast.app with required details to request a refund.
Include payment email, the email registered in the app, and your BodyFast user ID so the team can assess and process any eligible refund.
Google Play and Apple refunds
- Google Play purchases: first request a refund via Google Play’s refund process. If that fails, contact info@bodyfast.app with your Google Play email for assistance.
- Apple App Store purchases: request a refund through Apple’s Problem Reports / Apple refund mechanism. BodyFast cannot directly initiate App Store refunds.
