– and, if applicable, send me the final statement or balance confirmation.
This cancellation is addressed to you by certified e-mail. The sending, timestamping and content integrity are established, making it a probative document meeting electronic proof requirements. You therefore have all the necessary elements to proceed with regular processing of this cancellation, in accordance with applicable principles regarding written notification and contractual freedom.
In accordance with personal data protection rules, I also request:
– deletion of all my data not necessary for your legal or accounting obligations;
– closure of any associated personal account;
– and confirmation of actual data deletion according to applicable privacy rights.
I retain a complete copy of this notification as well as proof of sending.

Cancel via app stores and supplements
- Apple App Store: Cancel directly through your Apple ID / App Store subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Guidance is on the same help article above.
- Google Play: Cancel through your Google Play account > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Supplement subscription: Cancel by sending a request via the DoFasting support form or emailing shop@dofasting.com at least 48 hours before the subscription period ends; see: Cancel supplement subscription.
What happens when you cancel
Access after cancellation
When you cancel, access typically remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
Features and premium content usually stop after that period; local data or settings may remain on your device or account.
Auto-renewal and data
Cancellation stops future auto-renewals but does not retroactively remove past charges.

Will I get a refund?
Web purchases (direct)
DoFasting states web purchases are not refundable unless the product is faulty.
To request a refund for a faulty product you must contact support within 14 days and supply visual proof; see: General conditions.
In-app and supplement refunds
- In-app purchases (Apple/Google): Request refunds only through Apple’s or Google’s official refund processes; DoFasting does not process those refunds directly. See: Refund policy for the app.
- Supplements: Must be returned unopened, in original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. Contact support for RMA instructions and follow the returns process: How to return supplements and get a refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 14 working days to process once approved.
