- Standard (non-underwear) returns: eligible for refund if postmarked within 30 days of delivery (60 days for purchases placed Nov 15 - Jan 01). - Underwear and swimwear: returns are eligible only for store credit (not refunds) for sanitary reasons, unless a promotion states otherwise.
