Account data and changes
Cancelling disables future renewals but does not necessarily delete your account or saved data. You can log in with your existing account after cancellation for the remainder of your access period.
If you bought via an app store, you cannot cancel that app-store subscription from QuillBot's web settings; cancellation must be performed in the store that processed the payment.
