You therefore have all the necessary elements to proceed with regular processing of this cancellation, in accordance with applicable principles regarding written notification and contractual freedom.
In accordance with personal data protection rules, I also request:
– deletion of all my data not necessary for your legal or accounting obligations;
– closure of any associated personal account;
– and confirmation of actual data deletion according to applicable privacy rights.

Access and service period
After cancelling a paid subscription you generally retain access until the end of the paid billing period.
Auto-renewal will be disabled so the subscription will not renew at the next billing date.
Billing and refunds
Billing for App Store and Google Play purchases is handled by the respective store; Bodyfast does not directly control post-purchase charges there.
Website purchases are handled by Bodyfast and refunds or adjustments are assessed by Bodyfast support.
Data and account
Cancelling a subscription does not necessarily delete your account or data; check the app settings or contact support if you want data removed.
Save any records you need (progress, receipts) before asking for account deletion or a refund.
