Standard cancellation steps

  • Give 1 month’s written notice. Notice must be sent in writing (email) and include your name, membership number, club and preferred cancellation date.

  • After the minimum term: no termination fee if you give notice at or after the end of the minimum term.

  • New memberships have a 5‑day written cooling‑off period for full cancellation and refund of unused credit.

Membership holds and class cancellations

  • Membership can be placed on hold for a minimum of 2 weeks and up to 3 months per year with at least 5 working days’ notice; hold weeks do not count towards the minimum term.
