How to cancel Allfit
Standard cancellation steps
- Give 1 month’s written notice. Notice must be sent in writing (email) and include your name, membership number, club and preferred cancellation date.
- Send the written notice to ALLFIT via the club contact or head office as advised in your membership agreement. Official notices can be sent to ALLFIT Limited, 42A Kouka Road, Beachlands, Auckland 2018.
- Continue paying the full membership rate for the one‑month notice period; membership remains active during that time.
Cancellation timing and fees
- After the minimum term: no termination fee if you give notice at or after the end of the minimum term.
- During the minimum term: you must give 1 month’s written notice and pay an early termination fee of NZ$250 or the remainder of the term (whichever is less).
- New memberships have a 5‑day written cooling‑off period for full cancellation and refund of unused credit.
Membership holds and class cancellations
- Membership can be placed on hold for a minimum of 2 weeks and up to 3 months per year with at least 5 working days’ notice; hold weeks do not count towards the minimum term.
- If you cancel while on hold, 14 days of full payment still apply.
- Class booking cancellations: cancel by 8:30pm the evening before for early‑morning classes, or at least 1 - 2 hours prior for other classes via the ALLFIT app to avoid a "No Show".
What happens when you cancel
Access and billing
Your membership continues for the one‑month notice period and you must pay the full membership rate during that time.
If you cancel at or after the end of the minimum term, no termination fee applies; if within the term an early termination fee may apply.
Renewal and holds
Automatic renewal or ongoing billing stops after your notice period ends, provided the cancellation was accepted under the contract terms.
Held weeks do not count toward a fixed minimum term; cancelling during a hold may still trigger minimum payment obligations.

Request written confirmation of cancellation and keep copies of your notice and any reply from ALLFIT for your records.
