When you cancel a recurring subscription it will stop auto-renewing but you normally retain access until the current paid period ends.

Renewals and account data

Auto-renewal will be disabled for the subscription you cancelled. Your account data may remain unless you request deletion separately, and deleting the app does not cancel active subscriptions.

App Store (iOS) refunds

  • Refunds for purchases made through Apple must be requested from Apple; ELSA cannot issue those refunds.
