What happens when you cancel
Order status and access
When an order is cancelled, the order status updates to "Cancelled" and both parties receive a notification.
Cancellations stop further work on that order and prevent the freelancer from delivering additional revisions tied to that order.
Data, records and renewal
Messages, delivery files and order history remain visible in your Fiverr account after cancellation for reference and dispute evidence.
Cancelling an order does not affect your Fiverr account subscription settings or auto-renewals unless you separately cancel a paid subscription plan.
Will I get a refund?
Default refund handling
By default, canceled-order funds are returned to your Fiverr Balance rather than automatically refunded to your original payment method.
Fiverr Credits in your Fiverr Balance cannot be refunded or transferred and expire after three months.
