What happens when you cancel
Access and renewal
When you cancel from the Billing Dashboard, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
After that date your plan will not renew and access to paid features ends unless you re-subscribe.
Account deletion and data
Deleting your account ends the service immediately but does not trigger a refund.
Keep local backups of projects before deleting; account deletion typically removes access to cloud-stored projects and media.
Will I get a refund?
General refund policy
Flixier’s terms state that they generally do not provide refunds once services are supplied.
Deleting an account does not create a refund entitlement.

- Consumers may be eligible for a full refund within the first 14 days only if the service has not been used (no uploading, editing, etc.).
