You therefore have all the necessary elements to proceed with regular processing of this cancellation, in accordance with applicable principles regarding written notification and contractual freedom.
In accordance with personal data protection rules, I also request:

– closure of any associated personal account;

- Frame.io does not provide prorated or general refunds for unused portions of a billing term when you cancel via the web - your subscription runs until the term end.
- For subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play, refund requests must go through those stores and are subject to their policies.
Exceptions and special cases
- Frame.io explicitly offers a 14-day full-refund right only for purchasers located in the EU or Turkey; this does not automatically apply to Singapore users.
- In rare or exceptional cases (for example, billing errors) Frame.io has issued refunds at its discretion, but those are not a guaranteed policy for Singapore customers.
