– closure of any associated personal account;

What happens when you cancel
Access after cancellation
After you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Access is not cut immediately unless stated otherwise by the platform.
Renewal and billing
Cancellation stops future auto-renewals. You will not be charged again after the current period ends.
If you cancel the wrong account or platform, charges may continue - confirm the account and store used for purchase.
Data and accounts
Cancelling a subscription does not necessarily delete your account or child profiles. Check the Parents Area for account settings.
Request data deletion or account changes through Lingokids support channels if needed.
Will I get a refund?
Lingokids‑managed purchases (Web or Google Play)
- Refunds are only granted in exceptional cases and are assessed case-by-case.
- Windows to request a refund: Monthly within 7 days; Three- or six-month within 15 days; Yearly and Lifetime within 30 days.
App Store (iOS) purchases
- Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Lingokids cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
- Request an App Store refund through Apple if you purchased via iOS subscriptions.
Cooling-off and withdrawal
There is no automatic 14-day cooling-off where access to digital content starts immediately.
Lingokids explicitly waives the 14-day right of withdrawal for immediate-access digital content in its terms: Terms of Service.
