What happens when you cancel
Effective date and access
Cancellation is processed immediately after verification and takes effect from the start of the next billing term.
You retain access through the current paid term; no pro‑rated partial access is provided after the term ends.
Data retention and deletion
All user data - including student history, grades, and reports - is deleted on or immediately after the effective cancellation date.
Deleted data cannot be recovered, so export needed records before cancellation.

New users who activate a monthly membership by credit card have a 14‑day unconditional money‑back guarantee.
