Access after cancellation
When you cancel auto‑renew, your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
At the end of that period your account downgrades to the free plan and you lose access to paid features.

Your account data typically remains accessible under the free plan unless you or your trainer delete it.
If you need a copy of records, export or save receipts, workout logs and messages before the end of your billing period.
Will I get a refund?
Trainerize refund policy
Trainerize does not provide refunds or credits for partial months or unused subscription time when cancellation is for convenience.
This means no pro‑rata refund for remaining days in the billing cycle if you cancel voluntarily.
Exceptions and pro‑rata refunds
- If Trainerize suspends service for reasons not caused by user breach, they will refund pro‑rata for the unused portion of the current subscription period.
- Purchases made via Apple or Google are subject to Apple’s or Google’s refund policies; Trainerize does not issue refunds for app store purchases.
