How to cancel Vitality
Timing rules
Cancellation of AIA Vitality membership in Singapore is allowed only at the end of the 12‑month Membership Year.
You must give at least 30 days' prior written notice before the membership-year end for the termination to take effect.
Steps to request cancellation
- Compose a written cancellation request with your full name, membership ID (or registered email) and the desired termination date.

Cancelling the membership results in the forfeiture of any unredeemed eVouchers and rewards on termination. There is no transfer of membership or benefits after cancellation.

The Annual Membership Fee is non-transferable and non-refundable. This applies even if you choose to terminate the membership before the membership year ends.
