If your subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the cancellation must be done directly with those platforms.

What happens when you cancel

Access and deliveries

Cancellation stops future billing but does not usually void the current paid period. You will typically continue to receive access and deliveries through the end of the period you already paid for.

If an upcoming monthly pack was already billed and you want to stop that pack, contact Pipsticks immediately to request cancellation and a possible refund.

Billing and data

Billing is stopped for future cycles after cancellation takes effect. Your Pipsticks account information remains unless you request account deletion per the company’s terms.

For App Store or Google Play purchases, billing and refunds remain under the app-store platform’s control and Pipsticks cannot override platform charges.

Will I get a refund?

  • Subscriptions cancelled via the Pipsticks website take effect next billing cycle; refunds for already-billed upcoming months require contacting Pipsticks at hello@pipsticks.com.
