Cancellation Live Palmistry And Horoscope: Easy Method
What is Live Palmistry And Horoscope
Overview
Live Palmistry And Horoscope is a mobile app and web service offering real-time palm reading, tarot, numerology and personalised horoscope content delivered by automated systems and live practitioners.
The service operates on a subscription and one-time purchase model for premium readings and features, with automatic renewal unless cancelled in advance.
Where it is provided
Services are delivered through the app stores (Google Play, App Store) and the developer’s web interface depending on how the subscription was purchased.
Billing and cancellation terms are set by the provider and the distributing platform used at purchase.
How to cancel Live Palmistry And Horoscope
Cancel via Google Play (Android)
- Open Google Play Store -> Profile -> Payments & subscriptions -> Subscriptions.
- Find "Live Palmistry And Horoscope" and tap Cancel subscription; turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before period end.
- Do not rely on uninstalling the app - uninstalling does not cancel subscriptions.
Cancel via App Store (iOS) and Web purchases
- For App Store: Open App Store -> Tap your profile -> Subscriptions -> Select the subscription -> Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
- If you purchased via the developer’s website, cancel on the web: Settings > Help > Subscription > Manage Subscription > Cancel Subscription, or email [email protected] for assistance.
- For the provider’s formal billing terms, see the official billing page: Live Palmistry & Horoscopes billing terms.
What happens when you cancel
Access after cancellation
Your subscription typically remains active until the end of the current paid period; you keep access to premium features until that expiry date.
After the period ends, access to subscriber-only content will stop and the subscription will not auto-renew.
Account and data handling
Cancelling auto-renewal does not necessarily delete your account or user data; check app settings and privacy options to remove stored data if required.
If you wish to remove account data, follow in-app settings or contact support as described in the billing terms.
Will I get a refund?
Provider refund policy
According to the Live Palmistry & Horoscopes billing terms: the provider does not make refunds because digital content is available immediately after the subscription fee is charged.
Expect that the developer’s stated policy is "no refunds" as a general rule.
Exceptions and platform refunds
- App Store and Google Play have their own refund procedures; requests to those platforms may be considered under their rules.
- If you believe a charge was unauthorized or deceptive, dispute the charge with your payment provider and consider lodging a complaint with the National Consumer Commission in South Africa.

Your consumer rights in South Africa
Relevant law
South African consumers are protected by the Consumer Protection Act and related regulations that require fairness, transparency and honest marketing.
Distance selling and digital content are covered in ways that emphasise disclosure and accurate billing information.
Practical steps under local law
- Keep receipts and proof of purchase; these help when disputing charges.
- If you suspect unauthorized or deceptive charges, contact your payment provider and consider lodging a complaint with the National Consumer Commission.
- Note that "cooling-off" rights are limited for digital content already supplied immediately after purchase.
Customer experiences
Positive feedback
Many users praise the perceived accuracy of readings with comments such as being "totally amazed" by the insights provided.
Users also report smooth performance and new features like numerology and Chinese Zodiac tabs in updates.
Negative feedback
Complaints include poor customer support, technical issues like corrupted PDF reports, and reports of unexpected charges after cancelled subscriptions.
Several users report difficulty cancelling and that charges continued after they thought they had cancelled.
Documentation checklist
Essential items to collect
- Purchase receipt showing date, item name and amount.
- Screenshot of subscription status in Google Play or App Store showing active/cancelled state.
- Any confirmation emails from the app or developer, including order IDs.
Optional but helpful items
- Screenshots showing billing history or unexpected charges on your bank or card statement.
- Copies of support requests and replies, and timestamps of attempted cancellations.
- Reference the provider terms: billing terms.
Common mistakes
Assuming uninstall cancels subscription
Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Users must cancel in the platform subscription settings or via the web interface used at purchase.
Failing to cancel at least 24 hours before renewal can result in an unintended charge for the next period.
Missing platform-specific cancellation
Purchases through the App Store must be cancelled via Apple; purchases through Google Play must be cancelled via Google Play.
If you bought on the developer’s website, cancelling through the app stores will not stop web-based billing; use the web path or contact [email protected].
