cancellation Rsl Art Union: Easy Method
What is Rsl Art Union
Overview
Rsl Art Union (also known as Dream Home Art Union in some communications) is an art‑focused subscription and ticket service that raises funds for artists and offers members chances to win artworks and related prizes.
How it operates
Subscribers receive entries or memberships that apply to scheduled draws and curated art collections. Terms & Conditions govern entries, eligibility and refunds.
How to cancel Rsl Art Union
Online (recommended)
- Log in to My Account on the official site: dreamhomeartunion.com.au.
- Use the "Pause or cancel subscription" link in your account dashboard to stop recurring membership (VIP Club) or to cancel before the next draw.
- Confirm the cancellation and keep any confirmation email or screenshot for your records.
Phone or post
- Call or write to the provider if you cannot access My Account. Request cancellation before the draw closing date for ticket entries to be voided.
- If the ticket was a gift and Terms & Conditions are not accepted, inform the provider immediately to request cancellation and refund.
What happens when you cancel
Access and renewal
When you cancel a subscription, future recurring payments are stopped and you will no longer receive new entries or membership benefits after the current period ends.
Data and account
- Your account and purchase history typically remain available for reference unless you request deletion under the provider's privacy policy.
- Keep copies of confirmation emails and any cancellation reference numbers in case of disputes.
Will I get a refund?
Standard refund conditions
Refunds are permitted in specific circumstances: when you request cancellation before the draw closing date, if you received a ticket as a gift and do not accept the Terms & Conditions, or if Terms are amended after purchase and you do not accept the changes.
Exceptions and processing
- Refunds are also issued for attempts to purchase after a draw has closed, for sold‑out draws, or for failed payments (for example, cheques not received in time).
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method except for cash, which may be handled via the provider's wallet rules. Amounts are in AUD and any currency conversion is the consumer's responsibility.
- Always check the provider's Terms & Conditions on the official site for the full policy and procedures.
