Ezúton értesítem Önöket arról a döntésemről, hogy megszüntetem a Splice szolgáltatásra vonatkozó szerződést.
Ez az értesítés határozott, egyértelmű és félreérthetetlen szándékot jelent a szerződés felmondására, a lehető legközelebbi esedékességgel vagy az alkalmazandó szerződéses határidőnek megfelelően hatállyal.
Kérem, hogy tegyék meg a szükséges intézkedéseket a következők érdekében:
– minden számlázás megszüntetése a tényleges felmondás időpontjától;
– írásos megerősítés küldése arról, hogy ezt a kérelmet figyelembe vették;
– és adott esetben a végső elszámolás vagy az egyenleg megerősítésének megküldése.
Ezt a felmondást hitelesített e-levélben küldöm Önöknek. A küldés, az időbélyegzés és a tartalom integritása megállapított, ami bizonyító erejű írásbeli dokumentummá teszi, amely megfelel az elektronikus bizonyítás követelményeinek. Tehát rendelkeznek minden szükséges elemmel ennek a felmondásnak a szabályos feldolgozásához, az írásbeli értesítésre és a szerződési szabadságra vonatkozó alkalmazandó elveknek megfelelően.
A személyes adatok védelmére vonatkozó szabályoknak megfelelően azt is kérem:
– töröljék minden személyes adatomat, amelyek nem szükségesek a jogi vagy számviteli kötelezettségeikhez;
– zárjanak le minden kapcsolódó személyes teret;
– és erősítsék meg az adatok tényleges törlését a magánélet védelme terén alkalmazandó jogoknak megfelelően.

What is Splice
Splice is a cloud-based music creation platform that provides sample libraries, instrument presets, collaboration tools, and subscription plans for accessing sounds and software. It offers subscriptions through its website and via mobile app stores and combines a rent-to-own model for certain software with monthly or annual access to sample credits and premium content.
How to cancel Splice
- App Store (iOS) - Open Subscriptions on your iOS device, tap Splice, then tap “Cancel Subscription” or “Cancel Free Trial.” You must cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Apple manages cancellation and refunds for App Store purchases.
- Google Play Store (Android) - Open Google Play, go to Subscriptions, select Splice, and tap “Cancel subscription.” You must cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Google handles cancellation and refunds for Play Store purchases.
- Web (Splice site) - Log into your Splice account, open the Plans page, select the active plan and click “cancel subscription.” You will be asked to select a reason; the plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Pausing a subscription (Web) - Monthly plans may be paused for 1 - 2 months from the Plans page instead of being cancelled; the pause begins after the current billing period. Annual plans cannot be paused.
What happens when you cancel
When you cancel a Splice subscription, your plan remains active for the remainder of the billing period and you retain access to features until that period ends. Any unused sample credits are subject to Splice’s expiry rules: credits expire 28 days after the final billing period unless you resubscribe. Previously downloaded content remains accessible according to Splice’s licensing, but access to sample credit downloads and premium features tied to an active plan will end once access expires.
If you cancelled via the App Store or Google Play, those platforms control the cancellation process and timing; Splice will not be able to reinstate or refund App Store/Play Store charges directly.
Will I get a refund?
For web (site) subscriptions, Splice’s general policy is that valid charges are non-refundable except where expressly provided. Refund eligibility windows for site purchases are: weekly/monthly charges within 20 days and yearly charges within 60 days, and only the most recent charge is eligible for refund under those windows. App Store purchases require refund requests to Apple; Google Play refunds are available via Google (typically within 48 hours) and, if outside Google’s window, you may contact Splice via their support channels.
Splice’s Money-Back Guarantee applies only to purchases made on the Splice website where that guarantee was presented at checkout; if eligible you may request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase. This guarantee does not apply to App Store/Google Play purchases or to renewals after the 30-day window. Canadian users do not have a special 14-day statutory “cooling-off” right under Splice’s terms - the 14-day cooling-off provision in Splice Terms applies only to UK/EU users.
