You therefore have all the necessary elements to process this cancellation properly, in accordance with the applicable principles regarding written notification and contractual freedom.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and data protection regulations, I also request that you:
– delete all my personal data not necessary for your legal or accounting obligations;
– close any associated personal account;
– and confirm to me the effective deletion of data in accordance with applicable rights regarding privacy protection.

What happens when you cancel
When you cancel a paid TubeBuddy license purchased via the web, your current paid features remain active until the end of the paid billing period; after that you revert to the free Starter tier. For App Store and Google Play purchases, cancellation stops auto‑renewal; you retain access until the end of the current paid period according to Apple/Google rules. Your account data (channel settings, saved keyword lists, tracked rankings, etc.) remains associated with your TubeBuddy account, but access to paid features will end when the subscription or license expires.
Cancellation typically does not automatically delete your account or its stored data; if you want data removed, contact TubeBuddy customer support and request account deletion and confirmation in writing.
Will I get a refund?
TubeBuddy’s web refund policy provides a full refund within 30 days of purchase but only on your first order.
