You therefore have all the necessary elements to process this cancellation properly, in accordance with the applicable principles regarding written notification and contractual freedom.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and data protection regulations, I also request that you:
– delete all my personal data not necessary for your legal or accounting obligations;
– close any associated personal account;
– and confirm to me the effective deletion of data in accordance with applicable rights regarding privacy protection.

What is Utorrent
Overview
uTorrent is a lightweight BitTorrent client owned by BitTorrent, Inc. It enables peer-to-peer file sharing using the BitTorrent protocol and is offered in a free ad-supported edition and paid editions with added features and reduced advertising.
The product is distributed across multiple platforms (desktop, Android, and through app stores) and subscriptions or one-time purchases may be handled either by BitTorrent directly (web) or via third-party app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play).
How to cancel Utorrent

What happens when you cancel

Cancelling does not automatically delete your account or any files on your device. You should sign out or uninstall the client separately if you no longer want it on your device and back up any data you need before removing the app. Also monitor your payment method to confirm future charges have stopped.
Will I get a refund?
For purchases made directly through BitTorrent’s web store, BitTorrent’s stated policy allows a full refund if you cancel a transaction within 30 calendar days of the initial purchase. After that initial 30-day window, BitTorrent’s policy says purchases are final and non-refundable; cancelling only prevents future recurring charges.
