The sending, timestamping and integrity of the content are established, making it equivalent proof meeting the requirements of electronic evidence. You therefore have all the necessary elements to process this cancellation properly, in accordance with the applicable principles regarding written notification and contractual freedom.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and data protection regulations, I also request that you:
– delete all my personal data not necessary for your legal or accounting obligations;
– close any associated personal account;
– and confirm to me the effective deletion of data in accordance with applicable rights regarding privacy protection.

What happens when you cancel
When you cancel (or disable auto-renewal) a Vyond subscription purchased directly on the Vyond site, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. You retain access to your account features until that date and must continue to pay any fees due for the active period. Cancelling does not automatically delete your projects; however, access to premium assets or team features tied to the plan may be removed once the subscription expires.
For subscriptions billed through Apple or Google, account access generally continues until the end of the paid term and platform-specific controls determine renewal and termination. Always export or back up any important projects before the subscription ends.
Will I get a refund?
Vyond's publicly stated policy is that canceling a subscription does not automatically issue a refund. Vyond may offer a free trial (up to fourteen days) for evaluation with no commercial license, but this is not a refund policy.
