If your subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the cancellation must be done directly with those platforms.

Fizz Card and outstanding balances

If you have a Fizz Card, it will be frozen on the membership expiration date.

The card account is closed once any outstanding balance is paid; closed Fizz Cards cannot be re-opened or re-applied for.

Will I get a refund?

General policy

Fizz states that subscription payments are fully earned on payment and are generally nonrefundable.
