What happens when you cancel
Access and billing
After cancellation, you keep membership benefits until the end of the current billing period.
Auto-renewal stops at the next renewal date; you are not charged further after the current period ends.

Your account data and booking history typically remain accessible in the app unless Wag’s policies state otherwise.
Outstanding bookings should be reviewed separately - cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel scheduled services.
