Access after cancellation
Turning off auto-renewal does not immediately revoke access; your subscription stays active until the paid term ends.
If a refund is approved by support within the refund window, access may end immediately when the subscription is cancelled by support.
Billing and renewal
Auto-renewal must be disabled to prevent future charges; canceling on the web only stops renewal and does not automatically issue refunds.
Purchases via third parties (Apple/reseller) follow those parties’ billing and renewal rules.
Will I get a refund?
Official refund policy
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original transaction or annual renewal date to be considered.
Monthly subscription renewals are not refundable under SketchUp’s policy.
Exceptions and effects
- If a refund is approved within 14 days, SketchUp Support will cancel the subscription immediately and subscription features will stop.
- After 14 days, SketchUp does not accept full or partial refunds; cancellations after this point only stop auto-renewal.
