You therefore have all the necessary elements to proceed with regular processing of this cancellation, in accordance with applicable principles regarding written notification and contractual freedom.
In accordance with personal data protection rules, I also request:

What happens when you cancel
Access to app features
When you cancel a paid membership, you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
No prorated refund will be provided for the remaining days of that cycle.
Account data and renewal
Your account and stored data remain unless you delete your account separately via account settings.
Cancellations prevent future automatic renewals; verify in the app or Membership Hub that the membership status shows cancelled.
Will I get a refund?
General refund policy for subscriptions
- Subscriptions: cancellations do not produce prorated refunds - access continues until the billing period ends.
