What is the timeline for obtaining API access?
Sandbox environment access is immediate upon account creation. Production access is enabled within 24 working hours after your application is validated.
What programming languages are supported?
The Postclic API is a standard REST API compatible with all languages (Python, JavaScript/Node.js, PHP, Java, Go, Ruby…). Official SDKs are available for Python, JavaScript, and PHP.
How does billing work?
Billing is usage-based with no minimum subscription. Each shipment is billed based on the destination country and certification level. Discounted rates apply from 500 shipments per month.
Can I send mail in bulk?
Yes. The API supports batch sending of up to 1,000 shipments per request. For larger volumes, our team can configure dedicated pipelines.
How do I test without sending real mail?
The sandbox environment simulates the complete lifecycle of a shipment (creation, transit, delivery, receipt) without any physical printing or billing.
