Refund Policy

On what conditions Postclic returns a sum paid, when a mailing counts as performed, and why the trial charge stays with us.

1. The provider and the reach of this policy

The service is supplied by Postclic technology Limited (C 114711), registered office , whose billing department is reached at [email protected].

This policy fixes the conditions on which a sum paid on https://www.postclic.com may give rise to a return of money, under the rules that govern electronic commerce conducted across borders. It stands beside the Postclic General Terms of Sale and Use, which it completes; on any point it does not settle, those terms govern.

2. Sums payable, and the moment the service counts as performed

On first subscribing, the customer takes up a promotional offer running 48 hours, priced at ₱61.60 including tax. That offer is followed by a monthly subscription carrying no commitment, at the rate of the plan chosen: ₱3,353.56 including tax on the monthly plan, ₱6,775.56 including tax on the professional plan.

A customer who puts an end to the subscription while the promotional period is still running remains liable for that offer, ₱61.60 including tax, which is in every case the minimum sum charged. Those sums are not returned, the service being held to have been performed in full from the moment access to it was opened.

The following are final and give rise to no return of money:

  • the promotional offer of 48 hours, ₱61.60;
  • any monthly period once it has begun;
  • services performed or already set in train, among them printing, postage, the generation of a document by artificial intelligence and postal despatch;
  • bank charges, transaction charges and charges of currency conversion.

3. Renunciation of the right of withdrawal

By asking, on validation of the order, that the service be executed at once, the customer expressly renounces the right of withdrawal, as Article L.221-25 of the Consumer Code (EU) allows. It is that renunciation which permits the customer account and the mail-sending tool to be opened immediately.

It follows that no sum can be returned once the account has been activated, or once a file for despatch has been validated.

4. Putting an end to the subscription, and sums already due

The customer may put an end to the subscription at any moment from the personal account. The cancellation takes effect at the close of the billing period then running. A period already begun remains due in its entirety, and neither such a period nor a service already carried out gives rise to any return of money. Cancellation and refund are two distinct questions: the first is always open to the customer, the second only in the cases set out in clause 5 below.

5. The three cases in which a refund may exceptionally be allowed

A partial refund may be granted, at the sole discretion of Postclic, in the following cases and in no others:

  1. double billing established as a technical fault in the payment;
  2. a fraudulent transaction established as having been carried out without the authority of the holder of the means of payment;
  3. a serious failure of the service which has made all use of it impossible for more than 72 consecutive hours and which is imputable to Postclic alone, to the exclusion of any third party, be it the host, the postal operator, the payment provider or the user himself.

The claim is made by electronic mail to [email protected] and must carry the documents that support it. A claim which is incomplete, or which comes unsupported, is refused.

6. Execution of a refund once granted

Where a refund has been expressly agreed, it is carried out within 14 business days counted from the validation given by customer service, and is credited to the same means of payment as served for the original order.

7. Disputes raised with the bank

A bank dispute, or chargeback, raised without justification amounts to a breach of the contract. Postclic may then contest the claim before the issuing establishment, pass on the bank charges the dispute has generated, and close the account concerned for good.

8. Reaching the billing department

Questions bearing on invoicing or on a refund go to the billing department, Postclic.com, at [email protected].

Files are handled on Malta time, GMT+1, and answered within 5 to 10 business days at the outside.
