This cancellation is addressed to you by certified e-mail. The sending, timestamping and content integrity are established, making it a probative document meeting electronic proof requirements. You therefore have all the necessary elements to proceed with regular processing of this cancellation, in accordance with applicable principles regarding written notification and contractual freedom.
In accordance with personal data protection rules, I also request:
– deletion of all my data not necessary for your legal or accounting obligations;
– closure of any associated personal account;
– and confirmation of actual data deletion according to applicable privacy rights.
I retain a complete copy of this notification as well as proof of sending.

What is Gearup
Overview
Gearup (GearUp Booster) is a subscription-based gaming service that offers in-app boosters, analytics, and performance tools aimed at improving gameplay experience.
The service is delivered via apps (mobile and PC) and a web shop for hardware or membership codes.
How the service is provided
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are managed either inside the app or by the platform stores (Apple App Store, Google Play).
Hardware and code-based memberships are sold through the GearUp web shop and handled separately from store-managed subscriptions.
How to cancel Gearup
In-app / PC app cancellation
- Open the PC app and go to Configure → Account Settings to cancel the in-app subscription.
- Cancel at least 3 days before your next billing date to avoid the next charge; uninstalling the app does NOT cancel the subscription.
Mobile store subscriptions (iOS / Android)
- iOS (App Store): Cancel through your Apple ID Subscriptions in device settings. GearUp cannot cancel App Store subscriptions on your behalf.
- Android (Google Play): Cancel via Google Play Subscriptions (Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions). GearUp does not manage Google Play cancellations.
Web shop (hardware/orders) cancellation
- For web shop hardware orders, email shop@gearupbooster.com with your order ID (starts with GUPB…) to request cancellation.
- Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of purchase and before shipment; after shipment or beyond 24 hours cancellations are generally not accepted.
What happens when you cancel
Access and renewal
When you cancel a subscription it will typically stop future renewals but remain active until the end of the paid period.
Store-managed subscriptions (Apple/Google) must be cancelled in the store; cancellation prevents renewal but does not refund past periods.
Account data and settings
Cancellation usually does not immediately delete your account or historical settings; retention practices are governed by the User Agreement.

Will I get a refund?
Digital subscriptions and in-app purchases
- Digital subscriptions and in-app purchases are generally final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the platform’s (Apple/Google) policies.
- Free trial: cancel during the free trial to avoid charges; there is no refund for the trial period itself.
Web shop hardware orders
- Refunds for web shop orders are possible only if cancelled within the 24-hour pre-shipment window and before the item ships.
- Processing for eligible refunds may take up to two weeks and may exclude payment gateway fees.
