I hereby notify you of my decision to terminate the contract relating to the Gearup service.
This notification constitutes a firm, clear and unequivocal intention to cancel the contract, effective at the earliest possible date or in accordance with the applicable contractual period.

Please take all necessary measures to:
– cease all billing from the effective date of cancellation;
– confirm in writing the proper processing of this request;
– and, if applicable, send me the final statement or balance confirmation.

How to cancel Gearup

In-app / PC app cancellation

  • Open the PC app and go to Configure → Account Settings to cancel the in-app subscription.
  • Cancel at least 3 days before your next billing date to avoid the next charge; uninstalling the app does NOT cancel the subscription.

Mobile store subscriptions (iOS / Android)

  • iOS (App Store): Cancel through your Apple ID Subscriptions in device settings. GearUp cannot cancel App Store subscriptions on your behalf.
  • Android (Google Play): Cancel via Google Play Subscriptions (Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions). GearUp does not manage Google Play cancellations.

Web shop (hardware/orders) cancellation

  • For web shop hardware orders, email shop@gearupbooster.com with your order ID (starts with GUPB…) to request cancellation.
  • Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of purchase and before shipment; after shipment or beyond 24 hours cancellations are generally not accepted.
