What happens when you cancel
Access and service end date
Service continues until your requested termination date, subject to the billing cycle and the cut-off rules (request by 12 pm on or before the last day of the month).
Account closure and data
Any remaining deposit balance (after clearing dues) is refundable upon termination subject to Circles.Life policies.
Will I get a refund?
Guarantee deposit rules
- Refund requests for guarantee deposits are not permitted within the first 365 days after deposit placement.
- Refund requests are limited to a maximum of three times; Circles.Life has discretion to refuse further requests.
- Remaining deposit is refundable when you terminate your account and any outstanding dues are settled.
Product purchases and cooling-off
- Refunds or returns for product purchases are handled case-by-case and must be requested in writing within five days of order confirmation.
- Circles.Life retains sole discretion to approve or refuse refunds; there is no general 14-day statutory refund automatically applied in their consumer-facing terms.
