What happens when you cancel
Access and expiry
After you submit cancellation (outside the 14‑day withdrawal period) your membership remains active until the end of the current paid term.
You will retain access to member benefits through that date; automatic renewal will be stopped for the next period.
Data and account records
Cultivist will retain account and payment records as required by its policies and applicable law.

Will I get a refund?
14‑day cooling‑off (right of withdrawal)
If you cancel within 14 days of starting a standard (non‑gift) membership you are entitled to a full refund.
