Will I get a refund?
Six‑month money‑back guarantee
EKM offers a six‑month money‑back guarantee on eligible monthly plans (Standard and above) if cancelled within the first six months and you work with your Account Manager.
This guarantee applies only to shop rental charges for eligible monthly plans and excludes annual billing, non‑refundable design/build fees, and extra services.
Contractual and pro‑rated refunds
If there is a material change to the Hosted Services under the contract, you may terminate with 30 days' notice and receive a pro‑rated refund of prepaid fees for the unused period, as set out in the Terms & Conditions.
