- Full refunds are accepted for returns that are unwashed, unworn, and in original condition within 45 days of purchase (returns subject to inspection).
- First orders of underwear, socks, or bralettes may be covered by an extended satisfaction guarantee of up to 90 days for return or exchange on non-final-sale items.

- International customers (including Singapore) are responsible for return shipping costs; prepaid return labels are generally only available for U.S. orders.
