Active orders already in production are not usually cancellable; they will continue to be processed and fulfilled.
If Premium was purchased via Shopify, uninstalling the app or closing the store cancels the Premium plan automatically.

Deleting your account requires you to first withdraw any Printify balance and remove payment methods and connected stores.
Once account deletion is completed, access to designs, order history and other stored data may be removed per the deletion process.
