Will I get a refund?
General return/refund rules (web purchases)
- Non-underwear items: eligible for return if postmarked within 30 days of delivery (extended to 60 days for orders placed between Nov 15 and Jan 1).
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have original tags; returns are processed via the Shinesty returns portal.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection; shipping and shipping protection fees are non-refundable.
