What happens when you cancel

Access and service

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You keep access to paid features until that date.

After the billing term ends, your account will revert to the free or limited access state and paid features will be disabled.

Renewals and receipts

No further renewals are taken after cancellation for that subscription period. You should receive an emailed cancellation receipt confirming the termination request.

If you need written confirmation, keep the cancellation email for your records and billing reconciliations.
