Cancellation Facelab: Easy Method

What is Facelab

Overview

Facelab is a photo-editing app focused on face and body editing tools such as retouching, skin smoothing, and makeup effects. It is offered as a mobile app with in-app purchases and subscriptions.

Where it is distributed

The app is primarily distributed through mobile app stores (Apple App Store and Google Play) and may also offer account management on a developer web interface.

How to cancel Facelab

On iOS (App Store)

• Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
• Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
• Select Facelab from the list, then tap Cancel Subscription.
• Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Access continues until the billing period ends.

On Android (Google Play) and on the web

• Open the Google Play Store app → Menu → Subscriptions → select "Facelab: Face & Body Editor" → Cancel subscription. Keep a screenshot of the confirmation.
• If you manage a subscription on the web and a cancel option exists, log in → Billing or Subscription → Cancel. If no self-service option, email [email protected] with your account email, subscription ID, and transaction details to request cancellation.
• For guidance and references, see the cancellation notes at Postclic - Facelab cancellation.

What happens when you cancel

Access after cancellation

When you cancel via the App Store or Google Play, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. The subscription will not renew after that period.

Billing and account data

Charges already processed are generally not reversed by Facelab; refunds for in-app purchases are handled by the platform (Apple or Google).

If you emailed the developer for a web subscription cancellation, expect them to request identifying and transaction details to process your request.

Will I get a refund?

General refund policy

Facelab’s stated policy (as summarized in available guides) indicates completed services are non-refundable and unused portions of free trials are forfeited once a subscription is activated.

Platform-specific refunds and exceptions

• For in-app purchases on the App Store or Google Play, refunds must be requested through Apple or Google via their "Report a Problem" processes; Facelab does not directly process those refunds.
• If you believe you were misled or charged incorrectly for a web purchase, you may escalate the matter with your payment provider or consumer grievance forum if developer response is unsatisfactory. See platform guidance at Postclic - refund notes.

Facelab plans and pricing

Pricing summary

Below are in-app one-time purchase items listed from App Store India data. Prices reflect store listings and may vary or change over time.

Notes on accuracy

One listing (₹3.10) appears anomalous and may be a pricing error or scraping artifact; treat it with caution when relying on store listings.

Your consumer rights in India

General legal expectations

Indian consumer protection principles expect digital services to clearly disclose cancellation and refund terms. Misleading subscription practices can form the basis for a consumer complaint.

Practical routes for remedies

• For purchases via the App Store or Google Play, seek refunds through those platforms' official processes.
• For web purchases where no refund policy is stated, options include raising disputes with the payment provider, filing complaints with consumer grievance forums, or approaching local consumer courts if evidence supports deceptive practices.

Customer experiences

Positive feedback

Some users find Facelab easy for beginners and appreciate its simple editing tools, filters, and playful transformation effects.

Negative feedback

• There are recurring reports of unexpected or immediate charges after “free” trials and trouble cancelling subscriptions promptly.
• Users also report app instability (freezes, crashes, lag) and features that don’t perform as advertised.

Documentation checklist

Items to collect before contacting support

• Account email used with Facelab.
• Subscription ID or transaction receipt from Apple/Google (store receipts).
• Date and time of charge and the amount charged.
• Screenshot(s) of subscription status, cancellation confirmation, or unexpected charges.

Where to send documentation

If cancelling via web or requesting developer action, include the above in your email to [email protected]. For platform purchases, use Apple or Google support channels and attach receipts/screenshots.

Common mistakes

Assuming canceling the app removes the subscription

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the App Store, Google Play, or the web billing portal.

Missing the cancellation window

Many users are charged because they did not cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal. Always cancel well before the renewal date and keep confirmation evidence.

Also avoid relying solely on trial-period reminders; record the renewal date when you subscribe.

After cancelling

Next steps

• Keep cancellation confirmation and store receipts until you verify no further charges occur.
• If charged after cancellation, contact the platform (Apple or Google) immediately for dispute/resolution.
