Cancellation Multcloud: Easy Method
What is Multcloud
Service overview
MultCloud is a cloud-storage management service that lets you connect, transfer and manage files across multiple cloud providers from a single web interface.
Key capabilities
Typical use cases include cloud-to-cloud transfers, scheduled tasks, and unified browsing of drives such as Google Drive, Dropbox and OneDrive.
How to cancel Multcloud
Cancel a subscription purchased on MultCloud (web)
- Log in to your MultCloud account on the website.
- Open your account dashboard and go to "Purchase Traffic" or the Billing section.
- Find and open the invoice for the subscription you want to stop.
- Click "More details about the privileges" and follow the option to cancel the subscription.
- The subscription will remain active until the current billing period ends, then it reverts to the free tier.
Cancel subscriptions bought through mobile stores
- iOS (App Store): You must cancel via your iPhone/iPad Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → MultCloud → Cancel Subscription. MultCloud cannot cancel App Store subscriptions for you.
- Android (Google Play): Cancel in the Play Store app → Account → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select MultCloud → Cancel. MultCloud cannot cancel Google Play subscriptions for you.
What happens when you cancel
Access after cancellation
If you cancel a paid plan bought on the MultCloud website, you keep the paid features until the current period expires.
Account status and renewal
After the billing period ends the account reverts automatically to the free tier and auto-renewal stops unless you re-subscribe.
Will I get a refund?
Refunds for web purchases
MultCloud’s policy (web purchases) offers unconditional refunds within 14 days for monthly plans and within 30 days for annual or lifetime purchases.
Refunds are processed through the payment processor and are typically issued within 24 hours after approval. Your account will revert to a free account after refund.
In-app purchases (Apple / Google)
- App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Refunds for those purchases must be requested from the respective platform.
- Use Apple’s "Report a Problem" or Google Play refund request processes; MultCloud’s web refund policy does not apply to in-app purchases.

Your consumer rights in Singapore
Digital content and local rules
Singapore does not generally provide a statutory cooling-off right for digital content once it has been accessed.
Practical effect for MultCloud customers
- MultCloud’s web refund policy (14 days for monthly, 30 days for annual/lifetime) is a voluntary, unconditional offer that may be more generous than local expectations.
- If you purchased via Apple or Google, refunds are governed by those platform rules and decided at their discretion.
Customer experiences
Positive feedback
- Many reviewers praise MultCloud for easy bulk transfers, a user-friendly interface and helpful support agents.
- Users report time savings and reliable integration with common cloud providers in many cases.
Negative feedback
- Some users report unexpected charges after downgrading, frequent transfer failures or tasks stuck on "Waiting".
- Complaints include buggy mobile behaviour, unclear UI feedback and occasionally slow or unhelpful support responses.
Documentation checklist
Before contacting support
- Invoice or order number from MultCloud billing (web purchases).
- Payment receipt or App Store / Google Play purchase receipt (for in-app purchases).
- Dates and screenshots showing the issue, billing history and current subscription status.
When you file a refund or dispute
- Transaction ID from payment processor or App Store/Play billing record.
- Support ticket ID, emails exchanged and any diagnostic logs or task IDs related to failed transfers.
Common mistakes
Assuming MultCloud can cancel store-based subscriptions
Many users try to cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions via the MultCloud site; those purchases must be cancelled through Apple or Google directly.
Not keeping receipts or invoice details
Without the invoice or transaction ID, refund requests take longer and may be denied. Always save the receipt or screenshot at purchase time.
