Cancellation Goli: Easy Method

What is Goli

Overview

Goli is a health and wellness brand best known for apple cider vinegar gummies and other dietary supplements.

The brand sells one-time purchases and subscriptions through its website and through some retailers in Singapore.

Products and channels

Goli products include Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies, Bites, and other formulations sold online and via retailers.

Availability and prices in Singapore vary between Goli’s official MRP and local retailers.

How to cancel Goli

Cancel via Goli Customer Portal

• Log in to your Goli account and go to the Customer Portal to manage subscriptions.
• Edit, delay, or cancel a subscription there - cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the next shipment to take effect.
• Official reference: Goli FAQ.

Cancel if purchased via app stores or retailers

• If you purchased through the Apple App Store (iOS), cancel via your Apple Subscriptions in your device settings.
• If you purchased through Google Play (Android), cancel via Google Play Subscriptions - Goli cannot cancel these on your behalf.
• For purchases through local retailers in Singapore, follow the retailer’s cancellation/return policy.

What happens when you cancel

Immediate effects

Cancellation taken at least 24 hours before the next shipment will stop future recurring shipments and charges.

Orders already processed may not be cancellable and could still be shipped.

Account and data

Your account remains active for order history and support interactions unless you request account deletion.

You should retain confirmation emails and subscription details for any disputes or refund requests.

Will I get a refund?

Goli refund policy (Singapore)

Goli’s public FAQs do not state an explicit 14-day or unconditional refund policy for Singapore online purchases.

Refunds for change of mind are not explicitly provided on Goli’s FAQ; refunds appear limited or discretionary.

Exceptions and defects

• If goods are defective or damaged, contact Goli customer support for resolution or replacement per their support process.
• Orders already processed often cannot be cancelled; some customers have reported needing to refuse delivery to stop charges.

Your consumer rights in Singapore

Cooling-off and refunds

Singapore offers a 10-day cooling-off right for unsolicited sales, but online supplement purchases typically do not have an automatic cancellation right unless the seller states it.

Without an explicit seller refund policy, returns/refunds for change of mind may be limited.

Protections and complaints

Consumers may rely on protections under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act for false or misleading practices.

If you suspect undisclosed upsells or unfair practices, you can file complaints with the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE).

Customer experiences

Positive feedback

Many reviewers praise Goli’s customer service for prompt responses and handling of missing or damaged items.

Trustpilot contains multiple reviews describing quick resolutions and replacements.

Negative feedback

Some customers report unexpected upsell charges after order confirmation and difficulty cancelling once processing starts.

Other reports note perceived lack of efficacy for certain products; these experiences vary by user.

Documentation checklist

Essential items to collect

• Order number and order confirmation email.
• Account email address and subscription ID (if shown in your account).
• Payment receipts or bank statement showing the charge.

Supporting evidence for disputes

• Screenshots of subscription settings or cancellation attempts in the Customer Portal.
• Photos of damaged/defective items or delivery refusal proof (if applicable).
• Communication records with Goli customer support (emails, chat transcripts).

Common mistakes

Waiting too long to cancel

Many customers assume they can cancel right up to shipment time; Goli requires cancellation at least 24 hours before the next shipment.

If an order is already processed, the subscription may continue or the order may ship despite a late cancellation attempt.

Using wrong channel to cancel

Attempting to have Goli cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription will fail - those must be cancelled through Apple or Google account settings.

Similarly, purchases through retailers must follow the retailer’s return/cancellation process rather than Goli’s portal.

After cancelling

Follow-up steps

Keep cancellation confirmation emails and any support correspondence until charges and shipments are verified.
