Will I get a refund?
Standard returns and conditions
- Unused or unopened products can typically be returned within 14 days for a refund, provided they meet the return conditions. Delivery costs are refunded where law requires.
- Some returns must be completed within 30 days of receipt; refunds are normally only for unused/unopened items and freight cost may be deducted.
Exceptions, guarantees and special cases
- Zinzino sometimes offers a 30-day voluntary 'right to regret' for non-subscription purchases; this is a voluntary policy and may not apply in every case.
