This policy defines the conditions under which payments made on the site https://postclic.fr may be refunded, in accordance with international e-commerce regulations. It supplements the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use of Postclic.
Upon first subscription, customers benefit from a 48-hour promotional offer at €1.90 TTC, automatically followed by a mandatory first month subscription at €49 TTC, then a monthly renewal without commitment at €49 TTC.
The minimum amount charged, even in the event of cancellation during the trial period, is €50.90 TTC (€1.90 + €49).
No refund will be granted on these amounts, as the service is considered fully executed once the customer has access to the Services.
Payments made for the following items are final and non-refundable:
In accordance with article L.221-25 of the Consumer Code (EU), the customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal by requesting immediate execution of the service when validating the order. This waiver allows them to access without delay their customer account and the mail sending tool.
Consequently, no refund can be granted after account activation or file validation for sending.
The customer may cancel their subscription at any time from their personal account. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the first full month of subscription, i.e., a minimum total period of 1 month and 48 hours from the initial subscription.
Any period already started remains due in full. No refund will be made for started periods or services already provided.
A partial refund may be granted, at the sole discretion of Postclic, only in the following cases:
Any request must be sent by email to billing@postclic.fr, accompanied by proof. Incomplete claims or those without proof will be rejected.
In the event of explicit refund approval, processing will occur within 14 business days of validation by customer service, by the same payment method used for the original order.
Any unjustified bank dispute (chargeback) constitutes a breach of contract. Postclic reserves the right to contest the refund with the issuer, charge banking fees incurred, and permanently block the account concerned.
