Overview

Dofasting is a subscription-based app that provides intermittent fasting plans, tracking tools, and related coaching to support weight loss and wellness goals.

Content and products

The service includes digital fasting plans inside the app and optional physical supplements sold separately. Subscriptions are billed automatically until cancelled.

How to cancel Dofasting

Cancel via the web

• Log in to your DoFasting account and open subscription settings.
• Follow the on-screen option to cancel the app subscription. See official steps: Cancel the app subscription.

Cancel via app stores and supplements

• Apple App Store: Cancel directly through your Apple ID / App Store subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Guidance is on the same help article above.
• Google Play: Cancel through your Google Play account > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Supplement subscription: Cancel by sending a request via the DoFasting support form or emailing [email protected] at least 48 hours before the subscription period ends; see: Cancel supplement subscription.

What happens when you cancel

Access after cancellation

When you cancel, access typically remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.

Features and premium content usually stop after that period; local data or settings may remain on your device or account.

Auto-renewal and data

Cancellation stops future auto-renewals but does not retroactively remove past charges.

Will I get a refund?

Web purchases (direct)

DoFasting states web purchases are not refundable unless the product is faulty.

To request a refund for a faulty product you must contact support within 14 days and supply visual proof; see: General conditions.

In-app and supplement refunds

• In-app purchases (Apple/Google): Request refunds only through Apple’s or Google’s official refund processes; DoFasting does not process those refunds directly. See: Refund policy for the app.
• Supplements: Must be returned unopened, in original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. Contact support for RMA instructions and follow the returns process: How to return supplements and get a refund.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 14 working days to process once approved.

Cooling-off and digital content

Indian e‑commerce rules include a 7‑day cooling-off period for digital products if the content has not been accessed.

Unfair trade practices and imports

The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 covers unfair trade practices and misleading terms; recurring charges after cancellation may be challengeable under this law.

Deleting the app instead of cancelling

Deleting the app from your phone does not cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Cancel directly in the store to stop renewals.
