What happens when you cancel
Access and renewal
When you cancel a paid subscription it will not renew at the next billing date. You keep premium access until the end of the paid period.
After the paid period ends, your account reverts to the free tier (if available) and premium features are removed.
Data and account
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your Clue account or your tracked data. Your historical data typically remains unless you request deletion.
If you want data removed, contact Clue support or use account settings to export or delete data where available.
Will I get a refund?
